RETURNS POLICY
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability.
Please contact us by email (enquiries@yosoy-tango.com) within 7 days of receiving your order. We will ask you to fill out a Returns Form with the reason why you want to send your item(s) back. If an item is faulty, please provide details. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
The item/s must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all original elements still attached and with their original packaging. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the garments are properly protected. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned incomplete or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund (less any taxes or import duties incurred) via the same means used to make your purchase. The original shipping and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
YOSOY reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
Please make sure you shipp the items you wish to exchange or return back to us within 14 days. Returns outside these time frames will be accepted at the discretion of the YOSOY team.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately. If your item is faulty (i.e. it was received damaged or with manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchange.
RETURN OF SALE ITEMS
Please note that we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges of sale items.
EXCHANGES
With exchanges, your new item/s will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your returning item/s and any additional payment, which might be required.
DELIVERY
The item/s can be sent to an address selected by you. Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Item/s are usually dispatched within a few days. For custom orders it might take up to 2-3 weeks to be made and shipped within mainland Europe. We will let you know the estimated dispatch date for your garment on order.
All delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. Standard deliveries within the UK take 4 to 6 working days and express deliveries, between 2 and 3 working days.
